These terms cover your use of EasyMeal. By creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.

The beta

EasyMeal is in a private beta. It’s free while the beta runs. Things will change, some features may break or go away, and we may pause or end the beta. We’ll tell you before we start charging for anything.

Your account and household

  • You need to be 16 or over, and give an email address you use.
  • Keep your sign-in email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • Everyone in a household can see and change its recipes, plan and list. Only invite people you’d share a kitchen with.

What you add

Recipes, photos and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to your household, and process them to run the app (including sending them to the AI features). Only import recipes you’re allowed to keep a copy of for your own cooking.

Food, diets and allergies

Always check the ingredients yourself. EasyMeal checks recipes against the diets and allergies you set, and some of its suggestions, ingredient lists, nutrition figures and recipe changes come from AI. These checks and estimates can be wrong or incomplete, and ingredient labels change. EasyMeal isn’t medical or nutritional advice.

Fair use

  • Don’t misuse the app: no attacking it, scraping it, or getting around its limits (including the daily AI allowance).
  • Don’t use it to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service, and if we do we’ll give you notice first.

Our responsibility

We provide EasyMeal as it is, during a free beta. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on a recipe, suggestion or allergy check without checking it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
